The diagnostic cable titled D3 will be connect with the diagnostic plug OBD2 of the car. An external current supply is not necessary since the speedometer adjustment. The speedometer device is provide with power about the diagnosis interface OBD 2 of the vehicle.
In the adjusting device DP3 all vehicles are listed and the vehicle must be selected only in the menu by touchscreen.
The Diagprog adjustment tool sets always the single necessary steps for a speedometer adjustment.
The old mileage is selected with the technical data of the speedometer and indicated in the display of the system DP3-Tech.
After this procedure the new mileage must be entered and confirmed with the buttom OK. The new mileage is displayed now in the speedometer. The duration of rolling back a speedometer takes 5-10 minutes.
